We created this World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Campaign to share myths, facts, and critical insights about abuse in later life and elder abuse. We’ll dig into domestic violence, sexual abuse, and stalking in later life, as well as neglect and financial exploitation. We’ll also explore aspects of aging and ageism, and sort through some commonly held misperceptions about capacity and caregiving.
