She works to increase the safety and privacy of survivors and victims of crime through trainings, resource development, and technical assistance to service providers, private industries, and communities. NCALL has collaborated with Rachel on some recent projects including a webinar on bridging the digital divide and our forthcoming technology toolkit, Tech Safety + Older Adults.
