End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin and the National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life (NCALL) are seeking qualified applicants for NCALL Director. This position is responsible for providing nationwide leadership on addressing abuse in later life and enhancing responses to older survivors. The NCALL Director leads the implementation of NCALL’s strategic and work plans and is responsible for ensuring NCALL’s work centers equity and social justice, internally and externally, through partnerships and collaborations. Jointly with the NCALL team, the Director facilitates the creation of written materials and the provision of training, technical assistance, and subject matter expertise to various entities, systems, and projects across the United States including: national leaders in elder abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault fields; OVW Abuse in Later Life grantees and potential grantees; OVW technical assistance providers, funders and potential funders; and others. This position includes supervision, mentoring, staff development, project management and other high-level responsibilities. Significant national travel is required.
