The goal of an elder abuse Interdisciplinary team (I team) is to improve the response to individual cases in a community. Generally I-teams are a selected group of professionals who meet regularly to discuss and provide consultation on specific cases. I-team members use their various backgrounds and expertise to explore the best options and remedies for each individual case.
